Christine can best be described as one funny mother! She has a husband, a twenty-something son who lives at home, a divorced daughter and three grand-kids. This gives her a full portfolio of material to draw from. A lot of people ask Chris why she began a career in comedy so late in life. Well, it’s not a coincidence that she started immediately after her daughter began having babies! Chris does not like to baby-sit! Sure, traveling around the country telling jokes to drunks in smoky nightclubs was not the most practical way to get out of baby-sitting, but she decided it was definitely worth a try. (It was either that, or go to truck-driving school and she hates the way she looks in flannel shirts! ) So far, this desperate attempt to distance herself from family obligations has worked out quite nicely. She’s come a long way from her early years in comedy.
